Apstec Systems AB (Publ), a global leader in advanced people security screening technology, today announced significant changes to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Morgan Sadarangani as Chairman of the Board and the addition of Stefan Pärlhem and Erik Seifert as new Board Members. David Kellermann and Ingvar Pramhäll have both decided to step down as board members.
The strengthened Board underscores Apstec’s commitment to robust governance and strategic leadership as the company continues to scale internationally and expand its portfolio of cutting-edge screening solutions, including the award-nominated HSS Falcon platform.
Morgan Sadarangani is a seasoned business leader and board professional with more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, governance, and strategic development. He has chaired and served on multiple boards, guiding growth-stage and international companies to long-term shareholder value creation. Morgan succeeds David Kellermann as Chairman and will lead the Board in advancing Apstec’s growth strategy, capital-raising initiatives, and innovation agenda.
Joining the Board are:
- Stefan Pärlhem, bringing over 30 years of expertise in financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs. A former Chief of the Swedish Accounting Standards Board and long-time advisor to the Ministry of Justice and the EU, Stefan’s experience will strengthen Apstec’s governance and support its global expansion.
- Erik Seifert, with more than 30 years of international experience across corporate treasury, banking, and fintech. He spent over a decade in senior leadership roles at SEB and Nordea, including Head of Cards & Mobile Payments at Nordea and Chairman of Swish. Recently, Erik has been active as an independent advisor, investor, and board chair in fintech, bringing strong expertise in strategy, business development, and governance.
