Stephen Cooper OBE
Chief Executive Officer
A uniquely qualified security professional, Stephen leads on operational and organisational matters. Having spent 6 years as Head of Security for the Olympic Delivery Authority and as security director for the Olympic Park and Village during the London 2012 Games, he was engaged as the Chief Security Advisor to the British Government on joint security programmes with international partner governments. Prior to joining the ODA, Stephen enjoyed a successful military career, in which he was ultimately responsible for delivering the UK counter terrorist bomb disposal capability to Worldwide operations.
Niclas Gustafsson
Group CEO & Chief Commercial Officer
Niclas has a deep understanding of the security industry, combined with a proven ability to drive growth, which makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead Apstec’s commercial activities. He has had a long and distinguished career in the security industry, most recently, he served as Vice President Sales at Apstec Systems and prior to that held senior roles at companies such as G4S, MilSec, Stanley Security, and Securitas Technology. Niclas began his career in airport security, where he held various senior positions, before moving into leadership roles within security services and advanced security technology systems.
