Stockholm July 3, 2025.  Apstec Systems® (Apstec®)  is entering an exciting new phase of growth. As part of our long-term strategy, we are enhancing our leadership structure to better support our global expansion and innovation roadmap.  We are pleased to announce that Niclas Gustafsson has been appointed Group CEO. Niclas will oversee company-wide strategy, investor relations, and long-term business development, with a strong focus on accelerating growth across regions through sales and marketing leadership.


We are equally proud to reaffirm that Stephen Cooper will continue as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Apstec Systems. Stephen plays a central role in our success and will remain fully focused on driving the operational business and delivering on our customer commitments. His deep industry experience and operational leadership remain vital to Apstec's daily execution and continued excellence.

Niclas has had a long and distinguished career in the security industry, most recently, he served as Vice President Sales at Apstec Systems and prior to that held senior roles at companies such as G4S, MilSec, Stanley Security, and Securitas Technology. Niclas began his career in airport security, where he held various senior positions, before moving into leadership roles within security services and advanced security technology systems.
